Website Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. Scope and data controller

This Privacy Policy explains how The Glitch Lab Software Publishing (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and retains personal data in connection with the Nutryx website, including launch-notification registrations, website analytics and enquiries submitted to us.

The Glitch Lab Software Publishing is based at Building 209, Street 232, Zone 35, Doha, Qatar and is the controller of the personal data described in this Policy.

Privacy enquiries and requests may be submitted to support@glitchlabltd.com.

This Policy applies to the Nutryx website and the activities described below.

2. Personal data we collect

Information you provide

We collect the following information when you interact with the website or contact us:

  • Launch-notification registration: your email address, whether you register as a user or professional, registration and update timestamps, subscription status, and records of the notice and consent associated with your registration.
  • Correspondence: your email address, any name or other information you provide, the contents of your enquiry, and our responses.
  • Privacy requests: information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant records, verify your authority to make a request and respond to it.

Please do not include health information, identification documents, payment details or other sensitive personal information in a website enquiry unless we specifically request it for a legitimate purpose.

Information collected through website operation

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and maintain the website. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request timestamps, referring URLs, and diagnostic or security records.

Information collected with analytics consent

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may collect information about your interaction with the website, including:

  • Pages viewed and website interactions.
  • Browser, device, operating system and language information.
  • Approximate geographic location.
  • Referring websites and campaign attribution information.
  • Cookie identifiers and information used to distinguish visits and sessions.

We do not intentionally send registration email addresses or the contents of enquiries to Google Analytics.

Privacy preferences

We store your analytics choice and related information needed to apply and remember that choice.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the necessity of the processing and its impact on individuals. We do not rely on that basis where applicable law requires consent.

Providing information is voluntary. However, we cannot register you for a launch notification without an email address and audience selection, or respond to an enquiry without sufficient contact information.

4. Launch notifications

Registration authorises us to use your email address to send the requested Nutryx launch notification. It does not constitute consent to unrelated promotional communications.

You may withdraw your registration consent at any time by contacting support@glitchlabltd.com from the registered email address. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

Registration records are not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and service providers who require it for the purposes described in this Policy.

5. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies

Essential preference storage

The website uses browser storage to remember your privacy choices. This allows us to apply your preferences when you return.

A saved choice is retained for up to 180 days, unless you change it, clear your browser storage or a material change requires us to request a new choice.

Optional analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website use and measure the performance of links and campaigns that bring visitors to the website.

Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to the website or registration for a launch notification.

Analytics cookies are configured with a maximum lifetime of 180 days, without automatic renewal on each visit. Browsers may apply shorter limits.

With analytics consent, campaign attribution information may also be retained in the current browser tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes after the last consented visit. This information helps associate visits with the campaign that referred you.

Google’s handling of information received through websites using its services is described in its partner-sites notice and Privacy Policy.

Changing your choice

You may change your selection through the Cookie settings link in the website footer.

If you withdraw analytics consent, the website stops further analytics collection and removes analytics storage accessible to it. The page may refresh to apply the change. Withdrawal does not automatically delete information previously transmitted to Google.

Preferences apply to the browser and website domain on which they were recorded. You may need to select your preferences again on another device or browser, or after clearing browser data.

Browser controls may independently restrict cookies and tracking. We cannot remove cookies held on another provider’s domain through the website’s own preference controls.

6. Advertising and remarketing

The website does not currently activate Google Ads remarketing or Meta advertising pixels.

Campaign measurement through consented analytics does not, by itself, mean that you have agreed to personalised advertising.

If advertising or remarketing technologies are introduced, we will update the relevant disclosures and request any consent required before activating them. Analytics consent will not be treated as consent to personalised advertising.

We do not currently sell personal information or disclose it through this website for cross-context behavioural advertising.

7. Disclosure of personal data

We disclose personal data only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers, including Netlify, which support website delivery, availability and security.
  • Business technology and communications providers, including Google services used to administer registrations, store business records and manage correspondence.
  • Analytics providers, including Google Analytics, where you have consented.
  • Professional advisers, where necessary for legal advice, accounting, dispute resolution or the protection of our rights.
  • Public authorities or other recipients, where disclosure is required by law, a binding legal process or a lawful regulatory request.
  • Parties involved in a corporate transaction, where personal data must be considered or transferred in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection requirements.

Service providers may process information on our behalf under contractual terms. Where a provider acts as an independent controller for particular processing, its own privacy notice applies to that activity.

Information about our principal providers is available in Google’s Privacy Policy and Netlify’s Privacy Statement.

8. International processing and transfers

We are established in Qatar, and our service providers operate internationally. Your personal data may therefore be processed in Qatar, the United States and other countries in which our providers or their authorised subprocessors operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence.

Where applicable law imposes restrictions on international transfers, the relevant processing and transfer arrangements must satisfy those requirements. Depending on the provider, destination and applicable law, these arrangements may include an adequacy decision, recognised contractual safeguards or another legally permitted transfer mechanism.

Information about the transfer arrangements relevant to your personal data may be requested at support@glitchlabltd.com.

9. Retention

We retain personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Retention is determined by the nature of the information, the purpose of processing, whether that purpose remains active, withdrawal or deletion requests, and any legal or dispute-related need to preserve records.

In particular:

  • Launch-notification records are retained for administering the requested notification and associated registration, subject to withdrawal and applicable retention requirements.
  • Correspondence is retained for handling the enquiry and any related follow-up, dispute or legal obligation.
  • Consent and privacy-request records may be retained where necessary to demonstrate that a choice or request was received and properly handled.
  • Google Analytics user-level and event-level data governed by the retention setting is configured for 14 months. Google applies its deletion schedule to expired data. This setting does not apply in the same way to standard aggregated reports.
  • Browser-stored information is retained for the periods described in Section 5.
  • Technical and security records are retained according to their operational purpose and the applicable provider’s retention arrangements.

Information may be retained for longer where required by law or necessary for a specific legal claim. Where personal data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable backup and deletion cycles.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on the law applicable to your circumstances, you may have the right to:

  • Obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and receive access to it.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of personal data.
  • Request restriction of processing.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Receive certain information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and request its transfer where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Opt out of processing for targeted advertising, sale or sharing, where those activities occur and applicable law provides that right.
  • Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request, where applicable law provides an appeal right.
  • Lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions established by applicable law.

Requests may be submitted to support@glitchlabltd.com. Please identify the email address or other information relevant to the request. We may request proportionate additional information where necessary to verify your identity or an authorised representative’s authority.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Where we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the reason and any available review or appeal procedure.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights protected by applicable privacy law.

11. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss and destruction. These measures include access restrictions and the use of service-provider security controls appropriate to the processing.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by email or through website enquiries.

12. Age restriction

Launch-notification registration is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. Individuals under 18 must not submit their personal data through the registration form.

We do not knowingly collect registration information from individuals under 18. If you believe that an individual under 18 has registered, please contact support@glitchlabltd.com so that we can investigate and remove the information where appropriate.

13. Automated decisions

We do not use personal data collected through this website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals.

14. External websites

The website may contain links to external websites or services. Their operators are responsible for their own privacy practices. Please review the relevant privacy notice before providing personal data to an external service.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in website functionality, processing practices or applicable law. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes and obtain consent before beginning processing that requires a new consent.
